Key Responsibilities
- Lead weekly pipeline and forecast cadence with sales leadership
- Own pipeline governance, coverage targets, and performance tracking
- Identify revenue risks and drive corrective actions
- Own territory and account assignment across sales teams
- Support quota setting and capacity planning
- Continuously optimize coverage models as the business evolves
- Monitor pipeline coverage, win rates, and sales velocity
- Diagnose performance gaps and partner with sales leaders on improvement plans
- Support annual planning and forecasting processes
- Partner with compensation, systems, and commercial teams to align GTM execution
- Ensure consistency of processes across legacy businesses and channels
- Weekly operating cadence with sales leadership
- Territory and quota design as GTM teams converge
- Diagnosing pipeline gaps and improving conversion performance
- Supporting the transition to a unified GTM operating model
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- Strong experience with pipeline management and forecasting
- Experience partnering with and presenting to senior audiences
- Advanced Excel / data analysis skills
- Salesforce experience required
- Accurate and predictable forecasts
- Consistent pipeline coverage across teams
- Improved sales productivity and execution discipline
- Strong partnership with sales leadership
